We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have one year of experience and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
The Office Assistant's primary responsibility is to provide administrative support and assistance to other members of our team. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, and providing general support as needed. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently or in a team, and have strong problem solving skills. The candidate should also possess strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and demonstrate strong time management abilities.
