We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring that office operations run smoothly. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and at least two years of professional experience in a similar role. In addition, the ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks including managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings, filing documents, maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate must also be able to respond quickly to changing needs within the office environment while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
