Office clerk in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
The Office Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents and records, preparing reports and other documents as requested, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries. Furthermore, the Office Clerk will be required to provide support to other departments when necessary.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They must also be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with foreign language proficiency is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
