Office administrator in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, organizing office operations and procedures as well as providing general support to our employees.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in their work. They should also have a strong understanding of computer programs such as MS Office and Excel.
As an Office Administrator, you will be required to:
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries and messages
• Schedule appointments with clients
• Organize office activities, including filing paperwork and updating databases
• Procurement of office supplies
• Monitor stock levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, agendas and minutes for meetings
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office area
• Provide general administrative support to colleagues when necessary
• Oversee travel arrangements for staff members when required.
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role. You must also possess excellent customer service skills and be willing to work flexible hours when needed. If you are a foreigner we are ready to consider you. The salary is 1700 AED per month.
