We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1500 and the possibility to work as an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain office supplies, order new supplies when needed, and ensure that all equipment is in working order
• Manage incoming calls and direct them as necessary
• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and in person; assist customers with any issues they may have
• Prepare reports and presentations for meetings; participate in meetings when necessary
• Create memos, emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence when needed
• Monitor office expenditures; track budget expenses related to office operations
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
• At least 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator/Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software programs • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
