Office administrator in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
The ideal Office Administrator for our office in Abu-Dhabi will have the ability to manage and organize all administrative tasks. We are looking for a highly organized person with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team and have great attention to detail.
The duties of the Office Administrator will include managing day-to-day operations, organizing meetings, preparing documents and reports, filing, scheduling appointments and maintaining databases. The Administrator will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence. Additionally, the Administrator will be required to liaise with clients regarding their requests and needs.
We are looking for a passionate individual who can bring professionalism and strong organizational skills while providing efficient support in our office environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). A minimum work experience is not necessary but an advantage.
This position offers an attractive salary of 1000 per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this role; however, they must possess valid working permits to work in Abu Dhabi if applicable.
