Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in the same field; more experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English language proficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team as well as independently.
• Ability to remain organized and efficient under pressure, meeting deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom, monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
• An understanding of current technology relevant for the classroom setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends when necessary .
• Experience working with diverse student populations is desirable but not required .
• Candidates must have eligibility to work in Qatar (if immigrant).
