We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. The candidate must be willing to take on a variety of tasks and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and helping with the organization of office events. They will also handle incoming calls, respond to emails, greet customers or clients who visit the office, and ensure that all paperwork is completed on time.
The Secretary should have the ability to multitask and prioritize their duties effectively. They must have an exceptional eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), and experience in data entry or customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we are willing to consider someone with no prior experience if they demonstrate the necessary skillset.
