Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our office in Doha, Qatar. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in day-to-day operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings and appointments, and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in an office environment is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; additional experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is beneficial. The successful candidate must also have strong writing skills; be organized and able to work independently; be able to multi-task effectively; possess excellent interpersonal skills; have the ability to work well under pressure; demonstrate superior customer service skills; and demonstrate strong problem solving abilities. We are open to considering applications from foreigners for this role.
The salary offered is 1000 QAR per month plus standard benefits package.
