Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional attitude, strong organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, which includes answering phones, taking messages, data entry, filing and scheduling meetings. They will also be expected to create documents and reports as requested.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in an office setting, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A university degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of MS Office programs is essential for this role.
