Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, taking notes, organizing documents and managing the office calendar. Additionally, the Secretary will be required to assist with other tasks such as arranging travel and accommodation, preparing correspondence and maintaining databases.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 yearsā experience in an administrative role with a strong knowledge of filing systems and software applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). A Bachelorās degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential for this position. The successful applicant must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and take initiative is also important.
