We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Secretary in Doha. The successful candidate will need to have a strong customer service focus and be well versed in administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior staff and handling customer inquiries. This will involve answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, writing reports, arranging travel plans, and other tasks as required. They will also be expected to provide general office support such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, proficient computer skills including MS Office applications, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. A minimum of two years’ experience working in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
