Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be required to provide administrative and organizational support to the management team. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive staff.
• Preparing presentations and documents for meetings.
• Organizing documents, including filing and data entry.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Establishing strong relationships with internal staff members and external clients or suppliers.
• Providing general office support such as maintaining files and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should possess:
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; prior experience in an office setting is also preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; able to identify issues quickly and suggest solutions accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts alike.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
