Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced, organized and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and its staff, as well as maintaining the office environment.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office applications.
The primary duties of the Secretary include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments; managing correspondence; organizing files; preparing documents; researching information; ordering supplies; maintaining records; and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
The Secretary should demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities when needed. The ideal candidate should have a good command of English language, professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, accuracy, speed and reliability. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we are willing to consider candidates with no experience. The salary for this position will be 1700 per month.
