Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and organized administrative assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and accurately. The role also requires excellent communication skills, as the administrative assistant will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. In addition to this, the successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
The administrative assistant will be expected to fulfill the following duties:
• Coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements
• Preparing agendas and meeting minutes
• Assisting in organization of various events
• Answering phone calls from customers/clients and responding appropriately
• Handling customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and taking messages for team members
• Processing orders for supplies, materials, equipment etc.
• Updating filing systems, databases, spreadsheets etc.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Excellent organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) • Flexibility to work additional hours if needed We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position with a salary of 1700 per month.
