We are looking for a motivated and experienced administrative assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have two years of relevant experience and be ready to live and work in Abu-Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a variety of areas including office organization, customer service, data entry, financial documentation, travel arrangements, project management and more. The role requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
The successful applicant should possess:
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in an administrative role;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Strong customer service orientation;
• Good problem solving capabilities.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative support to the office staff;
• Answering incoming calls and emails promptly;
• Taking care of filing systems both physical and electronic;
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars;
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members as needed;
• Assisting with project management tasks such as arranging documents or tracking progress on projects;
• Maintaining financial records such as invoices or receipts.
