Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals
• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms
• Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings
• Manage travel and schedule for executive staff
• Prepare invoice payments
• Greet and receive visitors
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
