We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be highly organized and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position, as well as someone with no experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and maintaining records. This position also involves communicating with clients by phone or email on various topics related to the company’s operations. The Administrative Assistant will ensure that the office runs smoothly by performing tasks such as order supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, file paperwork, prepare reports and other related administrative duties as needed.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous office experience is preferred but not required
