Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include providing administrative support to colleagues, managing the office diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, researching information and preparing reports, filing, data entry and other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role. A diploma or degree in office administration is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.). Immigrants will also be considered for this role.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. They must also be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks at once and remain organized even when under pressure. An ability to think outside the box would be an advantage in this role.
