Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
The Office Manager should have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess the ability to multitask. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is required as the Office Manager will be interacting with clients and staff on a regular basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing general office activities including managing phone calls, emails, mail distribution, filing systems and other clerical tasks;
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
• Organizing office events;
• Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies;
• Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations;
• Processing payroll information accurately and timely.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of related experience. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position if they have relevant work experience. The salary offered is 1000 AED per month.
