Office Manager Job in Abu Dhabi
This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a well-respected and growing organization. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the operations of our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Abu Dhabi office. This individual will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently by managing personnel, providing administrative support, tracking deadlines, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining records.

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The successful candidate must have experience in an office setting and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, be resilient under pressure, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, correspondence management, etc.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure that tasks are completed on time
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage personnel including scheduling staff meetings and providing direction
• Track inventory levels of office supplies
• Oversee facility maintenance such as ordering repairs when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • At least one year of office management experience required • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Positive attitude & willingness to learn
