Office manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in an office management role, demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as display an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing general administrative activities and managing all office operations including coordinating with vendors and suppliers;
• Ensuring that the office is well maintained and that all supplies, equipment and furniture are kept in good condition;
• Assisting with travel bookings, visa applications, hotel arrangements, etc.;
• Maintaining accurate records of expenses;
• Preparing reports for management;
• Acting as a contact point between the company and external parties such as customers, vendors, government bodies, etc.;
• Developing and implementing effective systems for record keeping;
• Sorting out incoming mail/emails and responding to basic inquiries.
The successful candidate must be computer literate (MS Office) with excellent organizational skills. He or she must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Furthermore, they must possess a valid UAE residence visa (or be eligible to apply). Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
