The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to all staff members. The successful candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the office in Abu Dhabi including answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, ordering supplies and maintaining records of all transactions. Additionally they will provide administrative support to all staff members including preparing reports and meeting materials, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports. The Office Manager will also assist with other general office duties as needed such as organizing events or updating social media accounts.
