Office Manager – Abu Dhabi – 1700 AED/Month
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative procedures, providing administrative support to staff, and fostering professional relationships with clients.
The Office Manager will be expected to take on a variety of tasks that support our team. These include organizing office operations, preparing and maintaining records, tracking supplies, and working with vendors to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the successful candidate will also be expected to provide assistance in scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent organizational skills as well as excellent verbal communication skills. He/she should be able to keep up with changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines. The ability to communicate effectively with clients is also essential for this role.
Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. A valid driver's license is also required for this role.
