We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication skills and a university degree or equivalent. We are open to considering immigrant candidates for this position and offer an attractive salary of 1100 AED.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of staff under their supervision, providing feedback, monitoring performance and adhering to company policies and procedures. Their duties will include assigning tasks, training staff, dealing with employee queries and grievances, maintaining records, monitoring stock levels and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. They must be organized and able to manage their time efficiently in order to ensure deadlines are met. The Supervisor will also be responsible for motivating staff and helping create a positive work environment.

The successful applicant must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when needed. They must be able to think on their feet, handle high-pressure situations calmly and possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels within the organization. Additionally, they should have an understanding of relevant laws surrounding workplace requirements such as overtime hours and health & safety regulations.
