We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a business management role. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently, effectively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must be able to manage their own workload and prioritize tasks, as well as work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that goals are achieved. They must be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing strategies to improve customer service and employee satisfaction, while also implementing initiatives that promote efficiency and profitability. They must be able to identify areas of improvement in the company's processes or products and take appropriate action to address them. They must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in order to stay competitive in the marketplace.

The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, plus experience with financial planning, budgeting, marketing analysis, customer service management or related areas. Additionally, they must have strong analytical skills, excellent problem solving abilities and an understanding of global markets.
