Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and other staff, including but not limited to; managing incoming calls, emails, customer service inquiries, data entry, calendar scheduling and document preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Proven record of successful project management
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to identify problems quickly and effectively
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
