We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office and providing administrative support to all staff. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
Job Description
The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining office files, records, and operations by performing the following duties:
• Establishing and maintaining office systems such as filing methods, record keeping systems, requisition of supplies, and other administrative services
• Answering incoming calls and handling customer inquiries
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
• Maintaining office equipment such as printers and photocopiers as well as ordering supplies when needed
• Assisting with special projects as needed or assigned.
