Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and have a professional attitude.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. They will also be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, taking notes during meetings and keeping records of all official documents. Additionally, they will provide general assistance to the team as needed.
The successful candidate must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of one year of experience in an office setting is preferred but not required; however, candidates must demonstrate that they have the necessary skills to succeed in this role. In addition, fluency in English is essential.
