Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. They should have great administrative skills and be able to communicate effectively with people from all levels of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating appointments, and many other related duties.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Prepare meeting materials as required
• Monitor deadlines of projects assigned by the manager
• Maintain office files and records in accordance with established procedures
• Handle confidential information sensitively and responsibly
• Create reports, memos, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, etc. as requested by the manager
• Develop reports based on data provided by different departments of the company
Qualifications:
• Proven experience working as a secretary or in a related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
