Job Summary:
The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality is an absolute must.
