We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary for our Abu-Dhabi office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should also be proficient in MS Office Suite.
The Secretary will be responsible for assisting the office manager with clerical tasks and administrative duties such as responding to emails, scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, preparing reports and presentations, and managing office supplies. They will also need to coordinate with different departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. In addition to these duties, they will also be expected to handle confidential information appropriately.
