Cashier - Reef Al Fujairah City

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Cashier to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City to provide excellent customer service and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful applicant must be able to handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers entering the store with a friendly attitude and provide assistance when needed
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits
• Count money in cash drawer at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cash register area
• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures or policies
• Resolve customer complaints regarding products or services

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience as Cashier or similar position is preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of basic math skills including addition/subtraction/multiplication/division
• Ability to operate cash registers efficiently; familiarity with electronic equipment such as scanners is an asset
• Good communication skills; ability to work within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED 900 per month
