Office assistant in El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to all candidates, regardless of citizenship or nationality.
The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner. The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that the workplace remains organized and efficient.
The main duties of this role include managing paperwork, answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, taking inventory of office supplies and equipment, updating databases, organizing meetings, photocopying and printing documents, managing calendars and preparing reports. Additionally, the Office Assistant will also be expected to provide support with customer service inquiries when needed.
We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent communication skills who can work independently as well as part of a team. To be successful in this role you must have good computer skills including excellent knowledge of Word and Excel as well as strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
