We are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in managing the day-to-day operations of an HR department or team, as well as excellent knowledge of local labour legislation and laws. The position offers a salary of 1200 and is open to immigrants for consideration.
The successful candidate should be a highly organised individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who can quickly build relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. They should have strong leadership qualities as they will be expected to manage a team of HR professionals. They should also be able to multitask while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The duties of the HR Manager include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing strategies that promote an efficient working environment; recruiting, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates; ensuring compliance with legal requirements; conducting training sessions on various topics related to HR; monitoring employee performance; developing policies and procedures related to employee relations; managing employee benefits programmes; handling disputes or grievances between employees or between management and employees; overseeing payroll activities; providing advice on organisational changes, restructuring or downsizing initiatives; facilitating change management processes; and ensuring compliance with administrative procedures.
