Job Summary
A Restaurant Manager is needed to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are seeking an individual with excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills to manage the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to effectively motivate their staff. This position offers a salary of 1500 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
Requirements for the Candidate
We are looking for someone with at least two years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry. A successful candidate must have knowledge of food safety regulations, possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be organized and have strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations including but not limited to staffing, customer service, inventory control, menu development, budgeting and scheduling. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality control and developing strategies to increase revenue growth while managing costs by monitoring expenses effectively. Additionally, they will be expected to ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local health codes.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required for this position. Additionally, any prior experience with restaurant management software programs such as Toast or Square is also beneficial but not mandatory.
