Bank Teller - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, conducting transactions and balancing the daily activities of the bank.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, provide appropriate assistance and answer their inquiries.
• Process all types of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments.
• Balance daily transactions to ensure accuracy at the end of each day.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services that meet those needs.
• Monitor customer accounts for unusual activity or fraud as directed by bank’s policies/procedures.
• Follow up with customers as needed to resolve issues or answer questions.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and applicable laws/regulations related to banking activities.
• File documents in accordance with established procedures; maintain records of customer accounts and transactions; assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; experience in banking preferred
• Ability to interact effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledgeable about bank products/services, banking regulations, policies/procedures
