Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for Abu Dhabi. This will involve recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and recommending hires. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to ensure proper staffing needs are met. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions in Abu Dhabi
ā¢ Conduct interviews to assess applicantsā qualifications
ā¢ Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
ā¢ Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
ā¢ Evaluate applicantsā resumes against job requirements
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities
ā¢ Assist in the onboarding process by providing new hires with necessary information
ā¢ Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or related field
ā¢ Proven experience in recruitment or relevant HR roles
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
ā¢ Knowledge of labor laws related to recruitment practices
ā¢ Willingness to consider immigrant applicants is a plus
