Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phones, filing documents and organizing meetings.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. The successful individual must also be very organized and have an eye for detail. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is preferred, though we are willing to consider foreign applicants who do not have previous experience.
The Office Assistant will be expected to perform a variety of duties such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, answering phones and responding to emails in a timely manner. The successful applicant should also be comfortable using computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, input data and prepare reports. Additionally, they should have the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
