We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative support to the office team by completing various clerical and organizational tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing documents for clients/customers, entering data into computer systems, and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels within the organization. A positive attitude is essential for success in this role. In addition, the successful candidate should be proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience or even those who are immigrants.
