We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is a full-time role with a salary of 1300 AED. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to other members of the team. This includes managing incoming calls, emails, and mail; scheduling appointments; maintaining accurate records; and coordinating office operations such as organizing office supplies and managing travel bookings. You will also be expected to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and keeping track of expenses.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while paying attention to detail. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with the rest of the team.
The successful candidate must have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualifications
• At least one year's experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
