We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and handle inquiries from customers, vendors and other stakeholders • Maintain accurate records of incoming documents, packages and correspondence • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff members • Complete administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry and preparing reports • Process purchase orders; ensure accuracy of invoices • Develop efficient office procedures to maintain productivity • Monitor office supplies inventory; order office supplies as needed
