We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
β’ Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors, answer phone calls and handle inquiries from customers, vendors and other stakeholders β’ Maintain accurate records of incoming documents, packages and correspondence β’ Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff members β’ Complete administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry and preparing reports β’ Process purchase orders; ensure accuracy of invoices β’ Develop efficient office procedures to maintain productivity β’ Monitor office supplies inventory; order office supplies as needed
