Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, and will possess excellent customer service skills.
The Office Assistant's primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient running of the office by providing administrative support. This will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing filing system, maintaining databases, and providing general assistance with office operations such as ordering supplies and equipment. The Office Assistant must also have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on importance.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to take initiative in completing assigned tasks. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills. They must also be proficient with computers and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel). We are open to consider applicants from abroad that can demonstrate the required knowledge for this position.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month.
