We are seeking a Secretary for our Doha office. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking minutes at meetings, preparing documents and reports, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the Secretary will be expected to order office supplies and maintain an organized filing system.

The successful applicant must have a friendly and professional demeanor along with strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Previous experience in customer service is desirable. Foreigners who are qualified are encouraged to apply.
