Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our Doha office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization. They must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly with colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Answering telephones and taking messages
• Screening incoming mail or calls
• Writing business correspondence
• Filing documents in their appropriate folders
• Producing reports and presentations as required
• Assisting with the planning of events
• Recording minutes of meetings
• Developing procedures for record keeping
• Maintaining databases of personnel information
• Providing administrative assistance to other departments when needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is needed; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team is required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferable but not essential.
Salary: 1100/month
