Office assistant in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This individual must have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as a positive attitude.
The Office Assistant’s duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, managing files and paperwork, maintaining supplies and equipment, preparing reports, scheduling appointments and meetings, processing incoming mail and other documents, preparing outgoing mail and packages, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, assisting with research projects and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues when necessary. The successful applicant should also have a good working knowledge of standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
