Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join the team at our Haur-Fakkan office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including a variety of tasks such as filing, answering phones, photocopying and other general office duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Requirements for the Candidate:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
β’ Previous experience in an office environment is required
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β’ High level of attention to detail
Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
β’ Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and sorting mail
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
β’ Assist with data entry into the companyβs databases; enter information accurately and make any necessary corrections
β’ Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
β’ Assist with preparing reports by collecting data from various sources; assembling information into specified formats; using proofreading skills
