Merchandiser Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a qualified Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are presented in the most appealing way and that they reach the target audience.

Responsibilities:
• Analyse the sales numbers of each product and identify opportunities for growth.
• Create merchandising strategies that will be profitable and attractive to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales teams, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Develop creative visuals, displays, and signage which will enhance the look of our products.
• Monitor customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with our selection of products.
• Ensure all stock is properly labelled, organised, and rotated as needed.
• Research competitive pricing trends and recommend changes as needed.
• Maintain records of all transactions and report them back to the team regularly.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar role or with retail merchandising experience is highly desired but not required - we are open to considering a foreigner for this role too!
• Knowledge of current industry trends, promotional strategies, and pricing structures desired.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills required.
