Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry and a strong knowledge of merchandising principles. They should also have a good understanding of the market trends and be able to effectively manage time and resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating attractive displays, stocking shelves, evaluating sales performance and providing excellent customer service. They should also ensure that all products are displayed according to planograms and can anticipate future needs based on current trends. Additionally, they will need to monitor stock levels, arrange deliveries, oversee store layout changes and use their analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement.

The successful Merchandiser must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business. A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative are essential qualities for this role as well as flexibility in working hours as weekend or evening shifts may be required.
