Job Summary
A Sales Manager is needed for a fast-growing company in Musaffah. The company is ready to consider a foreigner with the right experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard.
Demands for the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 yearsā experience in sales management or a related field. They should also have outstanding communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. A Bachelorās Degree in Business or related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential, any other languages are considered an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction. They will need to ensure that all sales activities are carried out according to the company standards and procedures. They will also be responsible for training and motivating staff members, monitoring their performance, resolving customer complaints as well as analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month plus commission based on individual performance targets that are set at the beginning of each month.
